Ok, so I need some believable excuses for if anyone asks about the burn marks on my wrist. Please any help is greatly appreciated.

I have 2 really bad burn scars right on the edge of my wrist, worse than any of my cutting scars and when my sleeve rolls up and people see them I literally just roll my sleeve down, laugh and change the subject. Sorry I don't have any decent ideas for you but to change the subject, quick. You could try you spilt something hot on you or it was a hot pan or you could say you were doing a challenge like the salt and ice one and that's how you got it. It all depends on what it looks like though as to how much you can get away with and if, like me, it looks too strange to be an accident you'll have to stick with the quick roll the sleeve down and hope it fades quickly.
Also if you do want to encourage the fading process Vitamin E and Bio Oils are meant to be very good for scar tissue. If you buy some and rub it into the scar every day you should see faster results than if you just leave it to fade naturally which could take years depending on how bad it is.

You could probably say you burnt yourself on the oven, I recently made a mess of my hand/wrist trying to pick something up that'd fallen off a baking tray which looks similar to burns I've inflicted on myself in the past but like Nikki said, worst comes to worst just quickly change the topic
