Well, I'll assume you're not sure you want to have sex, so the q is how to tell her that. Just say that you really like her, and the way things are, and that you're not ready for sex yet, and you'd like her to stop asking you.

If you feel weird telling her that you're 'not ready', just tell her that you really like the ay things are right now and don;t want to change it.

I wouldnt reccomend you to having sex at your age,talk with her and tell her that you both arent ready for sex at this moment in time,what if she happens to get pregnant are you sure that you are going to be able to look after a kid at your age and ruin your school education.
