it's hard in places, but not everywhere. I'm unsure to if it has always been like this. It also doesn't stick straight out when standing, or straight up when lying down. It sort of aims down (not completely, diagonally) when standing and just falls back when lying down, or stays inbetween.
I'm uncut if that would mean anything. I've been stressed as of late, I do believe, and I also went a few days without masturbating to see if it'd help - and it didn't.
Once done masturbating, the erection also "deflates" super quickly.. I presume that's okay? Does it really matter how hard it is as long as it functions?(which it does)

And were you very horny? It could be something psychological and not necessarily physic.

one of my good friends says he has the same sort of problem as you.. like he is really horny but his penis seems like it wont get hard enough. he complained to me about this all the time but the bottom line is, does it get bigger and harder than it does when its soft? if yes then youre all good lol
it actually comes in handy when youre having sex apparently cause you can get your penis in places other guys who get rock hard cant.. that's what he said he has been told anyway, so chin up :) there are positives to it haha

I guess, but it doesn't seem to have any real power behind it, hence it not sticking out straight

It just seems like there's a lot of skin still pinchable (especially at the bottom) and that it's very easy to move and doesn't seem properly stiff..

That seems quite normal. We are al slightly different. And don't worry about deflating afterwards as you put it. That's quite normal for most guys after cumming.
