Making the Decision

So, there's this girl that I kind of like, but I' not quite sure I can yet justify asking her out. (I'm one of those people who thinks relationships these days are taken way to lightly, and I think it's a serious buisness diddling with peoples emothions).
So, what do you guy's think would be good questions to ask one's self to tell if you like someone properly or not really?

I don't know.I feel like most relationship's start of with people having an attraction with each other and wanting to get to know each other more. Relationships are what make people start to really like someone.

You really can't know you have serious
feelings right off the back.
If you like their personality (not just physical),
then start from there.
Not every relationship works.
But toying with a persons emotions are
two different things.
If you have a connection, then i'd say go for it!
