I personally like them although I don't know many other people who do, however as LouBerry said don't do it yourself, nose piercings are some of the worst to have because your eyes water and such so of all of them I really would not do this one by yourself in particular

Septums are freaking cute. I pierced my snakebites and my sister's Monroe, but I don't know that I could do a septum piercing on myself. I imagine that wouldn't go too well. :P I doubt they're that expensive to have professionally done and there is always the higher risk of infection when you do it yourself.
