So I just got back from my assessment and I have another one next week regarding being considered for some sort of cognitive behaviour therapy. In all honesty my opinion of counselling and therapy in general hasn't changed I just don't feel like it's going to do anything for me but we'll see how it goes, trying to keep an open mind about it all.
On another note I got some self help sheets regarding depression and anxiety so if anyone feels like they would benefit from them I'd be happy to scan/type them out for y'all, just gimme a shout if you think that'd help you.
