So, when i jack off i usually rub the top of my dick and my head but recently its been getting red and irritated, . Is this normal and does it take some time to go away ? IM kinda worried cus it doesnt feel as good when i don't stimulate the head

try using some lube.

Yeah, do it softer and maybe stop 1 week and then see that happen.
