I don't think that an official "crossing point" exists, you determine your crossing point. Some people may have an earlier one and some people will have a later one. Either way, just be happy and be who you are!

the point at which you are bisexual is when you have sexual and romantic feelings for both boys and girls and when you're open to a relationship with both genders. it doesn't have to be equally. you can have a preference for one or the other, the attraction mainly has to be there and the desire and openess for the relationship. at least that's how I am.
