I went to the bathroom one day, and There was reddish-brownish stuff in my underwear, and a light pinkish-reddish stuff when I wiped myself. The next day, I had some things that were like a pinchy feeling right at my waist area, and the pinkish stuff is still there. Could I be starting?

I have to agree with @Amazerful...It looks like you may have already started, or at least extremely close to it.
I do hope you have got your supplies (Tampons, Pads, pantyliners) at the ready.
Oh, and might we be one of the first to welcome you to womanhood. :)

And you mustn't dread having to tell your mother, remember she is a woman and will have been through this exact moment herself, so she will know just how you are feeling and will be able to help and guide you.
I do hope you can get your supplies (Tampons, Pads, pantyliners) at the ready.

Thanks :3 I suppose you're right about my mom, I guess it's just because I don't have the best relationship with my family. I think it's because I have RAD, but I'm not exactly sure what that is. I know what it stands for and everything, but that's about it.

I have heard of it (Reactive attachment disorder) but know very little about it.
Am so sorry I cannot be of more help to you on this.
I wish you all the luck in the world.

Definitely sounds to me like you have started your period - I've never heard of pink discharge, or cramps from discharge. Since it's your first period it will be very light and your cramps won't be so bad. The pinchy feeling is different than what you expected, I bet. It's not like a non-period cramp. I know it's really, really hard to tell your mom. I actually got mine on my sister's birthday and I had a really hard time getting a second alone with my mom because naturally all the attention was focused around my sister. I said "I got my period" and she was so excited, she ran downstairs to tell my dad and it was kind of embarrassing. But if you don't want it to be a big deal, don't make it a big deal, okay? Good luck and welcome to womanhood (:
