i don't think im normal anymore i have though of beating people for example one of my thoughts is im at the mall and someone comes up to me starting shit and i grab his face slam it into the glass stomp on his head and then i through him down the second floor drop off i know people always have fantasys of beating people but this is just getting weird please help

Maybe you just need an active stress relief. Try taking up a kick boxing class. I know it sounds stupid, but it's actually pretty awesome and it's a great stress relief. Not to mention great exercise and healthy

too expensive i usually just get into fights in the woods with people im not friends with but i kinda know i have another fight Saturday

Find a way to release it like Charlie suggested.

I agree, incredibly built up anger. Exercise is good for this, feel like hurting someone? Go for a run instead. Art has also been known to help with built up anger, painting, writing, it doesn't matter if you're not 'good' at it, it's a means of expression. You just need to find a way to express your emotions safely because it sounds like you don't like showing them, then they build up and things like this happen.

As Charlie said find something the relief stress. Running or smoething like that.
