Do they actually exists? Am I feeling them? My muscles feel really sore, since I woke up this morning and I haven't done anything different than what I usually do any other day. Just kind of confused...?

They are real.... My uncle couldn't walk in highschool because his legs were growing faster then his hamstrings so he was in constant severe pain

Does anyone think that's what this is, then? o.o I'm just like, ehhhh feeling really sore, throughout my body, like, it's in my muscles.

I can't sit cross legged because my right knee pops out. My parents (both medical professionals) say its growing pains

No, I don't play sports. I can't play sport for... reasons. But I don't play sports, no. I usually am on YouTube on the weekends.

I literally can't. I have a disease that makes it very hard to walk, but I can still walk. It's confusing...

growing pains do exist...its when your bones grow faster than your muscles do

no, exercising doesn't make your growing pains go away, in fact could make it worse...when you exercise you are stretching and working your muscles
growing pains are caused by bone growth with no support of the muscle

I always thought that it was a metaphor
for the emotional, psychological and social pains
of growing up. More like going through puberty is
a pain.

Yes they exist. When was smaller, my mother (a medical professional) comforted me in bed, when I held my lower shins screaming in pain. She said they were growing pains. Now I have been getting them recently, so I can say for a fact that they exist.

They do exist, when your bone grows without your muscle doing the same.

Can it be reversed, when your muscles grow before your bones do?
