What is the best way to put a condom on an uncut penis?

Push the foreskin forward and place it on and roll. Uncut is a little harder for condoms because foreskin can get pulled back. So like I said, just push the skin up so it is covering the head first.

I'd assume you'd roll the skin back and then put the condom on, with the head exposed.

I tried that but it hurts for me to pull my foreskin back while hard so I keep my forward when I'm putting it on.
