Okay so i like this girl but we've only met in person a few times and all her friends and my friends say she gets really annoying after a while and im not sure if thats true or not i just broke up with my girlfriend and we had been going out for 4 years and everytime i see her i keep remembering all the stuff we did together and i think i still like her and i dont wanna go out with someone else while i like someone other then them. Im just not sure what to do and its really bugging me oh and im going to a semiformal in 2 weeks with the girl i like not my ex

Well since you broke up with your other girlfriend I would give this one a shot what's the worst that could happen? You find out you don't like her and then you move on.

4 years with your other g/f is a long time! It might take a while to get over that.

Some people need some time between relationships, others can't tolerate the loss, so they jump back in with a new person. Whatever you do is fine, but if you do the latter, be aware that your new relationship will not be like your old one, it takes time to develop things like that. So, don't be angry or disappointed when the inevitable differences are apparent.
