Okay,
This may not be a big problem for some people but it seems to be a big one for me. How do I go about asking a guy out? I know the whole "be confident" cliche but it never seems to work. The closest to a real date I have been on was me making dinner for a guy. He liked it but after that we never really talked again. So, fellow gay guys, please help me!! How do I get a guy to keep going out with me?

I'd say the whole cliché of just being you would be more important. Just be open, honest and say it.

In not really an interesting person. Plus I hate bragging about myself. I'm just a quiet person.

There's nothing wrong in being quiet. You would be amazed that people will like you for just being you.

It's just painful how awkward I am. I mean if I really just said what I like to do it would go like this

Guy: so what do you like to do?
Me: ummm...jack off, and watch Netflix

You can see where that would be weird lol

Pretend you're talking to someone you know very well, the other person may also be in the same situation as you.
