Well if you just recently started puberty then you still have growing to do, don't worry. A girl would be able to blow you, I don't know about sex though...

Well, the vagina is only so long, so you're probably big enough anyway. More importantly, the best way to please her is to warm her up and once you do find her clit and g-spot and work them.

If you've just recently started puberty as you say don't worry about it. 3 inches isn't so bad and it'll grow very soon.

You have time yet. Remember, the longer it is, the more it can actually hurt for the female. Nobody is going to lookdown upon you for being smaller.
