Should I upgrade to OS X Mavericks?

So I have OS X Lion and I found out I can upgrade directly to Mavericks for free, but the question is: is it worth it?

Why not? It's the first free upgrade, I'm enjoying it. Coming from Mountain Lion, there isn't much of a difference, but the battery life I'm getting is definitely better. Plus some things open a little quicker. Just that it's free I'd get it.

It's free!!!!! Something rare from apple. Definitely worth it. Especially if your Mac is fairly recent.

I've installed it on my 2011 iMac and it's now faster. It also came pre-installed on my retina Macbook which I got today and I've had no issues with it.
