The Walking Dead

I've decided to start The Walking Dead from Season 1, episode 1 and watch the whole thing. Good idea? Bad idea?

Tell me what you think of the show but NO SPOILERS!!!
I haven't watched any of it and all I know about it is that it is about zombies and was a very popular comic.

The show doesn't even capture half of the darkness and intensity in the comics, especially those 2nd and 3rd seasons, that got very sloppy.

Fantastic. Definitely one of my favorites. The comic has gotten a bit stale, but still has potential. The show will punch you in the heart. Hard.

I watched the first season, and... well, that was the only season I watched. I didn't like it very much at all, but I know a lot of people go crazy for it.

Honestly this show is so unexpected sometimes and I love it for that. You are either going to love this show or think its boring, I personally think that its one of the best shows on TV along with game of thrones.

This is one of my 2 favorite shows. The writing is great and the one thing that I love about it is that nobody is ever safe. The writers aren't afriad to kill off major characters at anytime. Some shows might kill off a character on the last episode of a season but Walking Dead will do it anytime they want. It good to see that they can build new characters and clean out some of the dead weight.

Actually they are afraid compared to the writers of the comics, they didn't end season 3 like the comics did because they were afraid to kill off like half of the characters.

I think there should be like "classes" of zombies like Demons in Yu Yu Hakisho. As a zombie rises through the classes he/she grows smarter, stronger, more human looking, and gains special abilities.

I love the Walking Dead. I think that some parts of it have definitely improved. Characters have developed and become more likeable.

I watched the first episode, then the second, then I knew I was going to grow attached to it fast, so I didn't watch it til the end of season 3 so I could watch them all in one bulk so there were no cliffhangers... I like to say I'm a genius.
