ok, so when i was 12 (like 6 months ago) i remember my foreskin used to cover my entire dick when flaccid, and most of it when erect. Now, it covers my dick when my dick is completely flaccid (at its smallest), and less when erect. i guess that bits normal but cause my dick isn't usually fully flaccid (only after breakfast), there is usually a bit that isn't covered. i discovered last night that that area looked a bit like a scab, and when i touch it it isn't sensitive, but when i touch any where else, it is sensitive. is this normal?

The foreskin exists to protect the head of the penis. If the head is exposed for a long period of time, it eventually loses its sensitivity, but it will recover it again. Don't worry, it's normal, as the penis grows, that the foreskin doesn't cover the entire head. Just remember to keep a good hygiene down there.

It sounds like your foreskin hasn't had a chance yet to keep up with your "growth". You may have to practice streatching it a little bit

It would be normal what you described. There is also some differentiation in your age as you describe being 12 YO 6 Mos. ago.
