Sooo.... some of you may or may not know that on friday i let it slip to one of my wrestling teammates(lets call him Mark) that i self harm. But yesterday i made a mistake, and today i had to get it wrapped up to hide it and protect against infections. so i asked mark to wrap my arms up, BUT Mark's friend(lets call him bill) followed us to our coach's office to wrap him up. and he didn't leave though we both asked him to. Soooo, Bill ended up seeing it and now he knows about my SH also. Fuck my life. 2 people know. i wanted to keep that number at zero.

excuse my ignorance, but what is a SH? Nonetheless, the trick is to keep them isolated. Make sure they both don't talk. To stop others from knowing, you have to be forceful, even if it means being a dick about it. If it makes you feel this way, be stern on it. Force him out if you have to.

reread it. Oh i could force him out, but then he would see. as i has hiding my arm under my work out clothes. TBH, he would have found out either way. but oh well. atleast he can wrap it well.

Uhm, talk with them, but not when they are together. You need to make sure they won't tell anyone. It's a scary situation i know, but i belive you can manage it.
