I watched the film yesterday and I loved it.
The acting was top-notch especially from Asa Butterfield as Ender. The message of the movie really moved me and made me think.

I read it I finished it in 12 days ong it was the best book ive read. Im going to see the movie this weekend. Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield are both great actors and a good combo for the movie.

I read the book four or five years ago for school. At the time I liked it, I still have the same good feelings about the book in general so I'd like to see it when it comes out. I used to think it would make a good movie, so now I'll see for myself :P

I read the book in 7th grade and found it entertaining, but I do not know if the movie can capture the feel of the book, I do find Harrison Ford an excellent inclusion though.

Enders Game is one of my favorite books ever, and that's really saying something. So I have some mixed feelings about the movie.
I'm afraid that it won't be as good as the book. Actually, just as a general rule, it probably won't be as good. But I'm really quite excited to see the characters and all that.

I have the same feeling. Im afriad it wont be as good as the book. From what ive seen in the trailers it doesnt match the book.

Saw it last night. Was very impressed.
Something you've got to understand is just how difficult it is to take a book and then fit it into a movie. Most of Ender's Game (the book) is about Ender's thoughts, hopes, fears, etc. You can't get inside of a character's head in a movie the same way you can in a book. It makes it harder to tell the story. You also have to fit what could be a very long book into a (comparably) very short movie.
I met Orson Scott Card at the LA Times Festival of Books. He felt that the people involved in making the movie were doing the best that they could for the movie. I tend to agree.

So just saw the movie and wow just wow they did an excellent job on it. A book that is pretty hard to turm to a movie turned to a movie. Though it was missing abunch of stuff, and the book is alot betterbtw. But the movie was great. the movie could of easily of been 5 hrs atleast if everything was added.

Great movie. Really enjoyed it. How have they not made a strategy game centered around it?

i read the book in school and i honestly HATED it, the plot was too common, the character development was TERRIBLE and it needed more explanation on certain things. when i went to see the movie though i thought they did a good job, but they skipped/changed alot so i was rage fitting so bad that multiple pp told me to shut up. so..yeah.
