So I put this here cause I don't think it's an injury illness to go intoVT general hospital.
Anyway... I was diagnosed with insomnia last week because it takes me like 2-3 hours to get to sleep and I wake up in the night quite a bit and I am sleepy in the wrong times of day like today I fell asleep in geography.
My questions are:
Do you have insomnia?
If so:
Age?
Gender?
When were you diagnosed with it?
How long does it take you to get to sleep?
How many times do you wake in the night?
What time do you wake up in the morning?
Are you tired in the day but then can't get to sleep in the night?
Do you take any medication to help you sleep? What?
Anything else you do to help you sleep better?
Thanks. x

I've never been diagnosed with insomnia because my mother doesn't believe in getting diagnosed. However I'm sure that I have it because I find it very hard to get to sleep and if I sleep at all it's never more than 3 hours a night.

How long does it take you to get to sleep? around 3 hours, sometimes I don't sleep.
How many times do you wake in the night? unknown
What time do you wake up in the morning? 04:30 to 06:30
Are you tired in the day but then can't get to sleep in the night? All the time
Anything else you do to help you sleep better? Bath, chamomile tea, books, drawing, avoiding phone and laptop a few hours before trying to sleep.
