Can you live with a guy and be something else to him? I know some girls who take thousands of pictures of their relationship and post it online and the guy make her look single by ignoring the fact that she posted the pictures.

Can you live with someone when they're not into you? No. A relationship isn't a one way thing and it takes two to tango. If someone doesn't feel like they're actually in the relationship, that isn't what a relationship is. If a person isn't in to you, you need to stop putting in all the effort. What goes on behind closed door away from people, isn't something you can control, people like making out their relationship is working when in fact it may not be working at all.
