So, I'm a sophomore in high school and I've been dating my girlfriend for almost three months now, and she's had experience with guys. I only dated someone in seventh grade and that's when my first kiss was.

I don't know when I should try and kiss her? Idk... HALP!?!?

Is kissing her right now too early?

Should I just do something else?

How do I be more affectionate?

are you two close? Is your relationship with her growing?
If so, do something romantic with her, and kiss her.
Or if she's around, go up to her, wrap your arms around her, tell her that she means the world to you and that you love her so much, and kiss her.

3 months is getting a bit late bro, I kissed my gf a week in, one of my other friends a month, but 3 months is getting much. Just make it private and also romantic/casual. When it gets to a moment when you are looking at her, keep looking for a second longer, quickly dart your eyes at her lips then back to her eyes, start leaning in and tilting your head and the same time and close your eyes when you know she will to (basically before contact).
