So im finally getting back into excersising now that ive fully recovered my PCS that took me out of sports for like a year, and while i wouldnt say im out of shape i have lost a lot of muscle and dont have a toned body like i did before. since i dont have access to a team weight room like i did before when i was playing football does anyone have any suggestions for gettng a super toned body (especially abs and chest) primarily out of home workouts? thanks for the help :)

I think swimming is a really good all-round workout. It works all the major muscle groups so it targets every area of your body.
Slacklining can improve your core strength. I have tried several times this summer with a friend. And was really fun.
And you can do the indoor exercises (http://homegym-exercises.com/how_to_work_out_without_weights_or_equipment.html) (love that page) like chair dips, push-ups, planks and crunches outdoors.

whatever you do just remember to add a cardio workout to it! whats the point in gaining muscle mass and a better body if there's no definition under the layer of fat? burn it! :D
