go to the toilet when you hear them or do something so they hear you and know youre awake.. that way they will stop and not really know if you heard them or not.. therefore not being awkward!

This happens to me alot. What i usually do is put on my headphones and listen to LOUD music.
That way you won't hear them, And hopefully you can think about the song and not them.

^ Best idea evar. Heck, even adults need sex. (Did you know that as you get older, you actually have sex more, or the same amount? According to a survey or something. Being an adult doesn't mean you stop having urges. ) Just ignore it by listening to music or something. Or you could tell them to quiet down, they would understand.
