I think thats kind of normal, your dreams might be trying to sub consciously tell you that you think other girls are sexually attractive and in your dreams you do something you know that you couldn't do in real life because thats the only place you can actually touch them without consequence.

Your girlfriend might not be enough, your sub conscious might also be trying to tell you that you are curious of what sex with other girls might be like

Well actually camming 1 on1 with someone is a lot more personal than just watching porn. I'd say exchanging sexy photos or camming is taking it too far.

Just because you have a girlfriend doesn't mean you need to stop finding other girls attractive, but you need to be careful about it. Imagine if it was the other way around, would you like it? Remember you have a girlfriend. If you want to have a good time, and give eacother some pleasure, it her you should talk to, not another girl. But anyway, you shouldn't just think about the sex part, think about all the good moments you two have, enjoy her company, talking to her and kissing her. That's what love is, not only physical sex.
