Are they small or big?
Colour of your spot?
How you treat it?

Do you have spots? Just a few on my face and shoulders.
Are they small or big? Small.
Colour of your spot? Light red.
How you treat it? I use a skin cream and makeup.

Skin type? Light colour, but not oily.
How to treat oily skin? If I had, I would just wash it a lot of times.

What cream or facewash would you recommend someone with a lot of spots

Wash your face when you wake up, after sport, or exercise, or after making something that makes you sweat, and before going to bed. Avoid touching your face with your hands, because they sometimes carry dust and stuff, and it contributes to the appearing of spots. I also avoid eating olives, because they can indeed make more spots appear. I use a cream called Halibut, it's really good and effective, but it's made by a portuguese phamaceutical company, so I guess you don't really have it there in the UK. Just go to a pharmacy and I guess they can recomend you the best product for you to use.
