Does anyone follow some kind of clean eating plan?
I'm interested in giving it a go just to see how I'll benefit from it, like how much better I'll feel from eating mostly clean foods. Mainly because it's shocked me how bad all the supposedly "healthy" food I was eating before actually is! I don't think I could do it every single day, but just start off with like 5 days a week perhaps.
So yeah, any tips for beginners?

Im not sure if I count. Ever since I was a kid, my mum would make me eat veggies and fruits. Like, only veggies and fruits. Okay, it's like this..
Lunch: Rice, Meat/Fish, a small bowl of veggies, and a big bowl of fruits
Dinner: A big bowl of fruits, and a big bowl of veggies.
So yeah. Idk whether it has an effect or anything, but I eat a lot of junk too. Plus some exercise, (tennis and taekwondo) I barely get sick. So yeah, if you want more details i'll be happy to provide them. And i've had the same "fatness" ever since I was a kid.
This is still going on btw, the eating only vegetables and fruits thing, (with meat and fish of course)

I don't know what you consider clean eating.
Me I am allergic to pork and most food additives/ preservatives so, I have to be very careful of what I eat. if you are interested in a vegan diet I have a link in my diary Broken Notes (link to the diary is in my sig) to Mark Anthony's web site. I have met this guy and he is an awesome guy and cook. His site is worth the time to check out. sorry about not posting the link here but I'm just too tired to deal with it right now. I hope this helps you out.

There is a simple saying when it comes to clean eating:
"If nature did not make it, do not eat it". There is no
such thing as a noodle bush or an energy bar tree, because these are processed foods.
And also, eat only single ingredient foods i.e. the ingredients of an apple are: an apple.

This is part of it, although you shouldn't ONLY eat single ingredient foods, its okay to eat other things, but what you should do is try to eat them as natural as possible processed things and things with chemicals will do you no good.
