City life bringing me down.

I live on a farm, but I go into town for school and work. This week there were three suicides in my town. It's so sad and It really makes me think about my past. Having tried to commit suicide twice I can't help but keep thinking if my whole town would have truly been devastated like this and what would have happened to my family. To put it plainly I feel guilty for what I've tried to do and so sad about the tragic loss that my town is going through. I really just don't know how to cope with this.

Rather than thinking about the sadness you may have caused them through suicide, recognize how happy you have made your family by being here today, they are thankful for you being here ever since your attempt and see each day of your life as a blessing, and that alone shows how much you have done for them even in dealing with the pain you may have faced.
