You could try telling her the ones you have dont fit. or you want a different style. I reccomend boxer for you if your penis is getting in the way.
My penis is 4in soft and 6.5 hard so boxer briefs are just fine for me.

You don't have to be ashamed of telling her this. Just say "Mom, I need some bigger underwear since the ones I have right now are too small and very uncomfortable." It's as easy as that.

I'm 3.5'' soft and 6.8'' hard and I wear either boxers or boxer briefs.

It's not strange/awkward, just simply tell your mom that you need new underwear, because your current underwear is too small. Simple.
Just check what size/brand your current underwear is, and go buy the next size.

Yeah I don't think it's a big deal at all. It's no different than needing larger pants or shirts. And I'm about 3" soft and 6" hard.

lets stick to what you need to know - asking Mum so just say stuff like

I am growing so fast all my clothes are tight etc. persoanlly never had a prob your Mum should see you have grown.

My penis size underwear size range is irrelevant as is everyone elses.

If you're in your teens, you could always just raise the issue that you'd like to buy underwear on your own and that the current pairs are a bit of a tight fit because you've grown a bit. I'm sure she'd understand and let you buy them independently.

Just get them in the shop whilst you're with her, bring them bag put them in the basket and say "I need new underwear, mine are too small now!" She would probably just say "ok" :)

I'll give a suggestion. Try wearing running shorts instead. They're like shorts, so you can walk around in them, but a have a net inside working like underwear.

I know this post is a bit old, but to anyone else with this problem; You could make a joke out of it and say that your butt has gotten too big and you need new underwear.

I don't have too say that because all I have to say it that my underwear is ripped, because my underwear is horribly ripped, I need a new pair!
