STD Protection, Herpes, and Kissing Games

How would I even protect myself from STDs or Herpes? Even if I use a condom for sex, what about from oral sex? I really dont want to get genital herpes from someone with oral herpes.

My friend got oral herpes, and the news kind of hit me realizing that everyone's so vulnerable. But then again...he was playing a kissing game with 1 guy and 4 girls; they blindfold, kiss, and guess the kisser.

Also, have you ever participated in any kissing games? They sound fun, but not really after what happened above. ^^

The best advice I can give you is to not fool around with someone you don't know very well. Do it with someone you trust, and know is STD free.

I played a kissing game with a group of friends, we all knew that none of us had herpes or any diseases but after reading what you said, I'm completely done with kissing games. Also to actually get herpes in most cases a person has to have an outbreak for someone else to actually be at risk.

Use condoms during sex. Oral increases STD. Herpes I'm not sure...

I've played a ton of kissing games and never gotten it. it's just by luck that you don't get it. But you can of course take precautions and not make out with random people
