the best way if your not doing it already is to exercise everyday, so maybe like a half hour quick walk, and also eating healthy.

Try to eat 5 small meals per day rather than 3 big ones, this boosts your metabolism so you can burn more and feel more energized. Try to stay away from foods that are high in fat and calories (carbs are not the enemy, but be sure you're getting protein and a little bit of fat too, moderation is the key), and just exercise a bit. You want your heart to be pumping and for you to be breathing harder than normal. You should be able to talk still, but not sing, thats how you know you're working at a good difficulty level. 20 or 30 minutes per day, about 4 days per week should be sufficient to lose a few pounds, but you can always step it up later if this doesn't seem like a long enough workout. It's best to start slow though, than to overwork yourself from the start. You should only be losing a pound or two per week in order to lose healthily.

go for a 20 min jog round the block...watch what you eat (eat healthy stuff) try not to snack with un-healthy stuff throughout the day
thats what I'm doing and so far I've lost 7 kg

Excersise (whether it be swimming or playing basketball...etc.) Something that has alot of movement.
Eating Try not to eat too much red meat (such as steak or anything like that) Stick with fruits and veggies instead of cookies and ice cream..etc. And, eat less portions of food.... not so little, but enough to make you not seem to be hungry still.

Probably is to have a blanced healthy diet and exercise regulary it doesnt have to be everyday but like every 2 days or something like that,and maybe you could take up a sport that you like.

exercise usually works along with eating well. when i was in paris, it seemed like whenever people would eat, once they were finished they would go for a 30 minute walk. i guess it works pretty good because the entire time i was there i didnt see a single fat french person lol
