What should I expect this year regarding puberty and penis size etc?

I am 16, 4'11, and 86 pounds. My dad is 5'9, and my mom
Is about 5'3. If this helps my sister is 13 5'0 90 pounds.
My testicles hang about 3 inches at Max and each testicle I'd say is 1 wide and 1 inch long, it's a guess... I can't measure them since they are inside me. My penis fully erect is 3 inches give it take a few millimeters. The hair on my scrotum is about half a cm, and left and right of my penis 1 cm approxmentaly. I have none above it. My voice is kind of high, and I'm relatively weak andd am often mistaken for a 12 year old. I can feel slight hair on each sides of my upper lip but it's becoming more noticeable toward the top awsell. You can't see it that easy. I am just starting to get more acne all of the sudden it seems, but my urge to masturbate is significantly lower; I don't want to often, maybe because I have been excersizing a lot more to get my 6 pack back.
What stage of puberty am I in?
What type of growth in penis should I expect this year, or other years if not this year.
When will I hit a growth spurt (I have been eating a bit more)
Any other useful information that could help me stop worrying?

Hey there JoobinTwist.

The first thing that has to be said here is that there is no set schedule for Puberty, for some it will happen all at once, others it will go slow and steady. Either way puberty decides to go - Everything will happen, buddy!

You don't need to worry about anything because first of all, there's nothing you can do about it and second, there's simply nothing to worry about. :)

There are some quizzes/surverys to determine how far into Puberty on this forum too lurking somewhere, I'm sure someone knows where.

Take the tanner stage calculator and it will give you a rough idea of what stage of puberty you're at. As for what to expect this year I really don't know, the thing about puberty is that its random and unexpected. Some people grow fast and some people don't. As for penis growth I don't know much but don't feel sadden if its too small, you have plenty of time to grow.

Most guys your age and overly exaggerate their size and if they make fun of your size just tell them 'why do you care about my size? do you want to suck it or what?'. I mean what does your penis size have to do with them? You get what I mean? I hope this helps you in some form or another.

As for growth height, is also random too it really depends on your genes. And your growth spur, when I was your age I was really short I really didn't gain height until I was in my senior year.

WOW Dude u made all that measures. I think you are fine just a late bloomer. Give it sometime you will see the changes in your body. Im 13 and I don't have any pubes is a family thing I guess like is just a waiting matter LOL. And doing sports is a good thing.

Since I have no idea of what rate I am going to develop, I have no idea of what rate you will either. My Tanner stage is 2.2 but I have no idea of what it will be a year from now. It might still be 2.2 or it might be 4.2 or I might be at 2.2 for the next two or three years.

Personally, while I am not thrilled at being smaller and and less developed, I can think of much worse psychical problems that I could have ended up with.

You should develop in the next year or so given your age, and the fact that your parents are taller. Sometimes not much happens, and then it all kicks in suddenly and quickly. Are you able to cum yet? If you feel things aren't developing as quick as they could have a check up with your doctor. You can get "hormone" treatment to help things along

There is no set way it goes u just have to let it happen when it does don't worry about or stress over it it may just happen when u least expecte it to
