Turncoat Friend?

Recently my friend has stopped talking to me and when I try to carry on a conversation, he's pretty much like "Meh" and moves on. We used to be super good friends and we would talk together for hours on end. Any advice?

It could be that they are trying to figure out some personal problems on their own and need some space.

People drift apart for all sorts of reasons. I know people who used to be best friends but now can hardly talk to each other because its too awkward
