I have tried so many things to try to stop cutting but everytime i go right back to doing it... i dont understand sometimes.. why are some peoples life so easy and others harder then hell.. Im done hiddin how i really feel inside.. but no matter who i tell no one can help but myself.

I guess lady luck only simles for some. Can't really tell you why since i don't understand it myself. Anyways, check this thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=190748), you may find something that works.

You can help it Emily. You are strong enough to beat this, the trick is just to not give up. You are correct in saying nobody can help you but yourself and as long as you want to stop, you can and you will. Eduardo linked a good thread that may help you, but overall what you need is patience, perseverance and frankly hope. When you feel like you've got nothing but cutting left, remember there is always hope. Even on the darkest days, there is always hope that things will get better. Life's a bitch but that doesn't mean you have to remain her victim, stand up tall, keep your head high and fight for yourself because you do have a right to be happy, good luck love, keep fighting :hug3:
