I think you need to calm down a bit and understand that just because someone hasn't immediately texted you, doesn't mean it's actually a bad thing. Give him time, he may just be busy and if he said he was going to text you, chances are he will. Just wait it out a bit longer and don't stress over it.

Sorry to be the bubble burster, but this guy is not crazy about Cece the way she's crazy about him. Not only that, but I believe it suffices to say that he's not actually interested at all.

True, guys are not great texters, but we're really bad when we're not interested. If he was interested then you'd know, but the fact remains that you don't know. Take the hint and forget about him.

However, as highschool said, if you will talk to him at school, then that might be a game changer. Right now you're just waiting around for a text that will never come from a guy that you've had minimal interaction with. You need to be proactive if you want your situation to change; waiting and wishing never got anyone anything except an idea for a song.
