Pumpkin Time!

I am going to carve a pumpkin. Does anyone have any delicious fall season recipes that require pumpkin? They would all be appreciated :) xx

All we do is cut it open, and cook the seeds. Pumpkin seeds are great if you put salt on them and put them in the oven and bake them.

If you roast the pumpkin and puree it afterwards, you can make pumpkin bisque. I like to add cumin, bacon, garlic and a bit of cinnamon so it tastes like chili
