So about once every 3 masturbation sessions I have a session where I have weak almost non existent orgasms. Is this a health issue or is it just my body being my body?

I dont think sperm has something to do with orgasms, you can have orgasms without it . Maybe since he masturbates very often his hrmones cant produce that often whatever it is that makes orgasms feels good.
