Threats from other people

So about 3 or so weeks ago, I've been dating this girl. Things with me and her have been pretty cool, however along the lines of other people things have not been cool. I've been receiving so many random threats from people I either don't know at all or know very little along the lines of "YOU BETTER NOT BREAK HER HEART A**HOLE" or "I NO U GUN BR8EK H3R HURT FOOK YEW" and quite frankly, it's really killing the buzz and creeping me out. Am I the only one who thinks this is super immature and childish? Not only that, but just a lot of comments about her being super mean, a female dog, and how I can do better have been said to me. What should I do at this point? I laughed off the first couple but now it's kind of bothersome...

Just ignore it, especially from the people you don't know. But this sounds like a lot of drama for one person, maybe she's done things or said things that made her infamous. You should talk to her and ask her why you're hearing weird things.

People are immature, and maybe they're threatening you because they don't like you/her, so you should reflect and think of why they might be saying these things. They could just be jerks, but these kinds of things don't happen out of nowhere, someone must've made a group of people mad, so you should try to resolve it so it doesn't keep intruding with your personal life.

you know i might be totally wrong here, but maybe her "girlfriends" are actually doing this? maybe she had a bad breakup before? what ever the case is dont worry about the threats theyll go away eventually

Yeah to be honest, the more people tell me "you better not break so-and-so's heart" just makes me not want to be with her. It's a lose-lose situation.

let her know whats going on. Honestly, you shouldn't be super worried especially if she's "popular" a lot of baggage and haters come with that.
