I'm sort of over VT and I just want to know if there is a way to deactivate or delete my account along with any contributions I've made to the forums?

I know I can just not go on anymore but my account still takes up space on the servers. I'm just wondering if it is possible to remove everything I have posted on here somehow as well?

No hard feelings VT, I just don't have time to go on here anymore and I don't feel like I can contribute to the forums and my life is at a place now where I don't need any help.

I totally understand that you want to move on from VT. Everybody grows up at some point.
Unfortunately there's no way that I know of to remove your account from VT without an admin doing so, and usually they won't do that due to the need for them to keep records of your account specifics.
If you don't want people to be able to see posts you've made, just go to all of your posts and edit them to say "*deleted*" where your post used to be. Problem solved from the public point of view.

Just change your password to something you will never rememeber, and leave.

But, accounts are not deleted, neither posts

Like Ryan said, you have to go back to the posts you made and delete them yourself. Then log out and simply do not return. The staff is far too busy to do any of this for you.

Your account takes up so littler server space, it really doesn't affect it.

As said, you can always edit out the posts you don't want here and whatnot, and you can change the email and/or password and/or username associated with your account if you wish, and never come back.

But yeah, we don't delete accounts.
