Help with puberty stage and size... I'm 16

I'm 16 4'11 86 pounds, and my penis is 3inches erect.... I cannot ejaculate but a little bit of clear fluid comes out during orgasm. When my balls are hanging they hang about 3.2 inches max. I have very light colored hair about 1 cm long on both sides around my penis. My balls and stuff are itchy I think because hair growing. MY voice is high kinda too! Please help will I grow taller and will my penis grow? And when? How big will it be do you think? It makes me really depressed since everyone makes fun and this girl that I like (she has mutual feelings) probably won't want a 3 inch..

I think you age just a late bloomer. There is no way for anyone here to know how tall you will get, but I'm sure over the next two years you will develop more down stairs. You are not the only 16 year old who has posted to the forums about puberty just beginning, so it is not all that unusual. I am sure based on your height and weight, this girl doesn't care about size and I am sure is not expecting you to have a disproportionately large penis.

Yes, a doctor should be able to make a determination. Like I said as far as downstairs goes, there have been a few 16 year olds saying the same. Your height and weight at 16 however is more uncommon. I hope you get a good report and everything works out well for you.

Given that they've said that, it does sound you're a little behind. There are treatments, usually hormone injections (testosterone) to help speed things along. Your earlier comment indicates that your pubes are started and you may have precum, so it does sound like you've started

No. Things will happen. And he doc can "help" give things a nudge if required.
