Hey, I am a bit overweight and I need to get rid of my belly and my moobs (man boobs) what are the best exercises and foods to use and what shouldent I eat and drink?!?!
I'm going away in december and I don't wanna look like a beached whale...

P90X Ab ripper...do it once or twice a week. Running/jjogging/walking also help really well. Weight lifting also sometimes helps. Crunches and sit ups work too. Eating wise...healthy foods. Eat fruits and vegetables, stay away from soda, go with milk.

Cardio!!!!!!!!!!! cardio cardio cardiooooooooooooo
skip dinner
eat breakfast n lunch
cardio
DONT LIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not lift (dont do P90X ab ripper, DO try P90X Cardio and Plyometrics)
No crutches, try pushups
jog in the morning and night
watch the carbs you eat and the fat and the calories
