1.) if they arent to large its a part of puberty they do becme sencitive when they begin to darken and or form a noticable line around them.

2.) if you dont work out excessivly it wont delay puberty or stunt your groth, in fact its good as long as you lift weights that arent to hevy for you.

1) That bump you feel is your body storing fat under there I have that too, and it is normal for it to be sensitive, in short its normal.
2)No as long as you don't over do it and pull a muscle or something, as for stunting puberty not at all.

as far as we all know puberty is a natural process and keeping fit isn't a bad thing. i think he wants to grow taller not outwards from gaining weight.

First, many/most guys get that hard spot under their nipples. Guys have breasts, too (although it's anybody's guess why!), so all those hormones effect guy breasts the same way they do girl breasts, at least temporarily. Hence, the swelling/tenderness you feel.

Working out is fine during puberty, good actually. Exercise is an important part of good health, so developing a routine now is a good thing. As long as you don't overdo it (as in lots of pain), you cannot 'stunt' growth.

Like females, your chest (breast) muscles and tissue grow during puberty, so sometimes you can feel pain because of puberty. Its normal.

This is false, lifting weights doesnt affect puberty in ANY way. The only thing is that you have to be careful, because if you injure a muscle or joint bad enough too early, it might affect the growth of them later.
