No one is going to notice your penis because most folks in the locker room are looking to get in and out anyway. No one is going to say anything.

There are more and more uncut guys out there, and I seriously doubt you're the only uncut guy in your group. Even if you're the only uncut guy, it is not like you have an extra penis or something like that. Especially if you can pull back your foreskin or if it's not very long, then most folks will have a hard time noticing if your uncut anyway.

If anyone is offended because of the shape of your genitalia, and makes that be known, then that would be just.. Ridiculous. Most people generally rush in and out, I really doubt anyone would even acknowledge yours.

No, you should not be worried about that. People only take notice when someone is acting weird. Be totally calm and at ease and you will blend in. I my school if anyone said anything about my penis, he would get teased for looking. No one says anything about me or the few other boys that are uncut. But it seems to me that cut boys are more fascinated with natural penises than offended.
