with a uncircumcised penis, is it meant to have a mushroom head or not ( whats it suposed to look like?

I don't think looking like a mushroom head has to do with if you're cut or not if you've seen a few they are all a little different. I'm cut and mine doesn't look like a mushroom really because the head is about the same width as the shaft (to me if the head is bigger than the shaft is what I think is considered mushroomy). I would assume if you're uncut and you have a mushroom head it would still look like one when you pull the skin back? Just a guess.

I think everyone looks different. Mine is about the same width as the shaft, so when the skin is back its not like a mushroom.. more like a pink helmet shape

Mines pretty common also. I would call it a mushroom size and shape but there are many different kinds. I've so that look like a bullet and some that look like a dome shape. I would encourage you to look these up.

It's just supposed to have a head being covered by skin. When it's out of the skin, it looks kind of like a mushroom, but not quite. Everyone is different.
