i'm 15, and i started noticing changes when i was about 9-10. my voice started changing when i was 11, so i was quite early. but it's still changing and gradually, very slowly getting deeper. but that's just my talking voice, i sing a lot and my singing voice has been the same since i was 12. everything else is quite normal, i have facial hair, body hair basically everywhere else, sex drive is fine - can be annoying at times, i am a 15 year old boy. and i'm 6'4" - recently had a growth spurt of about 2.5 inches in the past 3 months. so my voice is really the only thing that is very slow. i have diabetes, apparently that's meant to slow everything down sometimes but is it totally normal?

I think you are doing fine.
Probably not that many 15 year olds sound like grown men.

Seems normal, your probably a late bloomer. Watch in 1-2 years you'll be going through some changes!

Everyone runs at a different pace, so even if you were 'falling behind', it wouldn't be a big deal. But you sound perfectly fine to me.

I agree with the others you're totally fine. The reason why I say so is because I remember when I was in high school there were folks exactly like you who had gotten big and looked adult but had a little kid's voice. It made no sense, but these people had a pre-puberty voice almost until their senior year which was wild. It was not like it was one kid, but there were a couple of kids who had high pitched voices but who looked like an adult. On the flip side, I remember there were at least three kids who seriously looked like they were twelve until almost the end of senior year but who had super deep, adult voices. Puberty is crazy, and it makes no sense why some folks are like you while others can look like a little kid but be an adult on the inside.
I wouldn't worry, and don't get freaked out because your voice is high. Those kids I knew who were like you never talked because they felt bad about their voices, but that was bad because they were all really cool. Don't let your voice hold you back, and just know that your voice is going to change one way or the other. Your change might happen later than normal, but it's going to happen. I hate to say it, but just be patient. At least you're all right in every other way, and you seem to be an awesome size.
