Well we don't get physicals in England, I had a problem when I was younger meaning a female doctor had to look at my dick but I didn't get an erection, I was about 10 though so didn't really think much of it, but if you do get an erection tense any muscle on and off for 60 seconds and it should go away

Just try to go in without thinking / worrying about it. That's the last thing that you want to have on your mind when you're getting the physical. Also, do not look at what she's doing. When I got my physical, I was laying on the table that's in room when she went 'down there' so I just looked at the ceiling. Having a conversation with her will help, that's what my doctor did. We kind of talked through it.
