So I have only done one winter sport before and that was indoor track which messed up my hip so i refuse to do it anymore. However as it is my senior year I want to branch out and try one this year. In the fall i run xc and the spring track. So I want your opinions on which sport would be better to do. My remaining options would be to wrestle with my school or have to go to a neighboring school for swimming. I am interested in both and don't know which would be better. Thanks!

I used to do swimming/running for my seasons with school sport.
Even though wrestling isn't offered at my school, even if it is I was too slim.
If you a fairly bulked though, wrestling would be good. Swimming would be a good cardiovascular activity to keep your running form decent though, as well as work different muscles.

well depending on your hip now wrestling requires more strain than track, id go for swimming, but does that mean youre willing to transfer just for a sport?

My hip is perfectly fine now and also it isnt transferring it is like the two scools agree to combine for that sport cause my school doesnt offer it

well, what is your height and weight. know that i could tell you, from a wrestler's view who is always trying to recruit, which would be better.

ehh. idk. i would give wrestling a shot. most teams have a bunch of lower weights who can help you. and wrestling teams are nearly always looking for new members.
