Well since her hair is longer therefore takes more time to dry, they have one extra piece of clothe to put on (bra), plus all the creams (ok i'm probably stereotyping) it's normal they take longer i would guess.

Well besides showering, there is doing hair and makeup which usually takes some time. The girls in our gym are really quick doing all of that.

In locker rooms we don't change underwear. But at sleepovers my BFF and I do change our bras and change into swimsuits and such in front of each other and we aren't shy about it. But in locker rooms, no.

We get changed quickly or we complain and try to get out of it. Then we just sit and gossip, there's always arguments and the occasional fights in the changing rooms. When we get changed back into normal clothes we take longer as we don't want to go and we reapply some make up and make sure we look acceptable, at this point we are usually eating as well... nothing interesting really.
