I have recently relapsed with my self harming ways, i manage to stop for just over two weeks by pre-occuping my mind. However, today, i couldn't handle it my whole world is collapsing around me and its my only escape. But if my mom or dad see my scars and cuts, it'll only make the situations worse - my best friend and i stopped cutting at the same time but he is finding it hard to help with the temptation, so does anyone know a way of hiding them so i can act asif nothings different. They don't deserve to know the truth.

Makeup, long sleeves and some creams help hide them.

Jacket or long sleeves, and makeup, but don't hide it from your friend.

Will you stop cutting for me? Its sounds like your just starting up again, so stop before it gets out of hand. There was a point in my life where I would cut myself 50+ times a day. The best thing to do is just stop. And until you make it I'll give you a few tips. There is not one thing that makes them less visible, but if you do a couple things, you can hide them. If they're on your arm put on cover up and wear think rubber brackets. Although you probably don't just cut there. If they're on your leg apply a slightly darker shade of cover up . And wear long clothes as much as possible. I love you and hope you'll stop for me.

If you stop cutting you will hide your scars permanently, think about it. For now, long sleeves work.

There is a makeup sold called DermaBlend... It works amazingly (It also works as tattoo coverup)
Another equally effective coverup is called DermaFx
Both have a fairly large range of shades and colors to match any skintype.
Hope I helped
